Innovative Catering and Events

At Mange we are focused on using locally sourced, seasonal produce and have been working with the same trusted suppliers for many years. Most of the fish we use has Marine Stewardship Council or RSPCA Freedom Food approval, the beef and lamb is free range and the chicken is maize fed, with organic poultry available on request. All menus are available using organic ingredients from suppliers that have Soil Association accreditation.
